Personally, I'm with Cyber on this... He is Tweeting things are getting done. He just restarted only about 2 months ago since court hearing in his favor.. I along with others have been sitting for 3 years... If he takes another few months or so I'm not sweating it. I'd be nice to see something soon but I waited this long. I can personally wait longer.

"Damian, we are behind on our filings with OTC Markets with respect to the disclosure statements but we are not required to file 8Ks for press releases."

My guess is he cannot file 8k's until the disclosure statements are done?

"Damian, the disclosure statement is not made any more difficult by Kelvin/Mobiweb/Del Riley since no assets were ever exchanged. We did other deals such as with AMOO where we are owed monies that needs to be recorded."
