CBIS’s financial filings are much more past due than in the past. CBIS does have a history of being late with their financial filing obligations. CBIS normally files an 10Q-NT or 10K-NT, and then follows up within 1 or 2 weeks of filing an NT form, with the actual 10Q or 10K filings. The reality is that CBIS has never been this past due on a 10-K filing. It’s now nearly July 2018 and CBIS still has not filed it’s 2017 10-K Annual Report. CBIS has never been this past due on it’s financial disclosures. So indeed they have a history of being late but not this late.
