Yep but if it remains down this time I will consider it a positive. I'm still pissed off that fake news releases had IPCI halted on the Canadian exchange and mgmt. investigated by the TSX a couple or 3 years ago on phony baloney buyout rumors from the market manipulators abusing this stock back then.

And even though I have no proof that anyone behind that stupid p&d baseless rumor site was responsible or behind the fake PR's at the time...logic strongly suggests that they were the most likely culprits and I was furious with IPCI mgmt. for not putting an end to that sites silly manipulation games years ago when it first made its appearance
