There is no web site for VG Group HlingsInc
its a holding company

it files timely quarterly reports to OTCMarkets as required. It isn't an SEC filer like many OTC companies

It still holds many shares in Fernhill which was floated off to existing VGID shareholders in 2017

It holds the LEAP of Faith company which has filed for an IPO with FINRA and the current distribution of 1 x LOF share for each 12 VGID is likely to happen in the next 6 weeks IMHO.

VGID does still manufacture and distribute drinks (just no AND Drinks) and is doing a nice profiatble business as reported in OTCMarkets filings
