this is an email i sent to shifarms:

the shifarms bio says 300 acres but the cbd permit indicates 128 acres. is the 300 acre total still available for production/yield or has the farm been reduced to 128 acres. thankyou for your time and may your harvest be bountiful

Hey Brian,

Thanks for writing us! Our farm is still 300 acres in total farmable land.
The CO Hemp permit is updated annually and the state encourages farms to try and give a good estimate of acres of hemp being planted.

take it for what it is, the reply came from S.T. or someone portraying him. i guess its more than i have seen when it comes to the Co. farm operation and the first response from anyone from parent company or subsidery of NGBL. i have had multiple emails and calls with zero response. play as you will
