I doubt they would fold even though they know USRM is going to win. I think once USRM presents their case, the FDA isn't going to have a leg to stand on. USRM will prevail and a win will be far better than the FDA folding or backing down. Beating the FDA proves how they have overstepped boundaries and tried to control how we use our own cells for treatment. Just my opinion.
