I totally agree, that is about 90% of the reason I am speculating in this. I'm and accountant, and I also believe that this is SLJB's way of saying they would like to "move up" to the next level. They have internal auditors, and they are forking over the $$$ for an independent audit, and it can be alot of $$$$. I just don't think they would try it if they knew thier #'s were garbage.
