I think the more important question to ask is the following:

EAPH released a PR touting the $20k that was made in 2 days of receiving fill from dump trucks. This for the very first time I would say is....... plausible after hearing the Mayor and Town's testimony that they will be going after them for their illegal operations and re-opening of the site after a hiatus from the last time the property holders were sued and successfully won by the Town.

Now, was this a desperate ploy by the man (CEO) that is in court proceedings to make money however he could? Did some poor individual get conned into shipping machinery up there to deal with all the fill, allow his connections to dump there and then get shut down shortly thereafter or worse a larger home builder etc. given a one time deal that now they will be coming after them as well? Time will tell. Hopefully whoever didn't make an up front gravy payment that was stolen to contribute to all the legal battles and is now left on the hook.

I would like to portray this opinion. Dump trucks pay to dispose of their load. Many times in cash. I would guess that it is $100 a load as it cannot be fractions of that and it is not free. I know the estimate is close. So as per Mayor, Town and all other disclosure documents that stated 100's of daily trucks for maybe a month. Alot of money went missing yet again, IMO. $100 a load x 100 trucks a day makes sense to say $20k in revenue in 2 days. But, the rest? Under the rug?

"According to an update from the town’s development services department at council last week, the owner of 6017 Smith Blvd. in Baldwin is now “co-operating” with the municipality after ignoring court orders and requests to cease ever since area residents in the tiny hamlet noticed close to 100 trucks entering the site daily since late May."
