You can't make this stuff up. I mean you couldn't have a CEO and Board of Directors that was made up of 2 year olds that would end up doing a worse job, even if they tried! IMO.

Years of announcing revenues multiple times. No revenues on financials.

Hiring board members, them resigning a few months later.

Announcing acquisitions as completed, yet not completed then abandoned.

I mean what is really here?

An un-audited pink with a billion shares O/S give or take with zero cash and what? An appprox. $20M market cap??? For what????

I'm trying to grasp it, but what is really here IMO, other then a toxic shell that nobody would ever want, has no value and no business operations that create ANY revenue for the shareholders?

Please enlighten me? I am very naive at times.
