You are doing a great job with this board! I really like investing in shell companies. Sharing DD is great on this board. When I look at potentially investing in a shell the share structure is the first thing I look at. So I find it interesting that say on otcmarkets that the filings are at the top for how that rate at company being current. The share structure could drastically change before a filing hits. Then what? I think more transparent reporting of the share structure should happen. But then again how would some of these companies have the advantage to dilute shareholders before they know it.

Having traded shells for many years the current times are amazing to me. Some shells are trading big volume on pure speculation that something may happen they have not even filed yet. While some shells that are current with a good balance sheet have little to no volume. Kind on makes no sense.
