I have been watching this spec play for a while. I thought maybe with the gov't contracts and new products it might run to a penny or so. With the new PR firm and a reverse split I think it might not run at all. This type of thing always seems to be a last desperate attempt to gain value somehow. I could be wrong. Just an opinion.
