I changed my mind...below is the email I sent JF today...

Mr. Frances,

You may want to pay attention to this...I've been very patient with you up until now...My patience is running out...This a heads up that I'm giving you until Monday July, 9th to follow up on your April tweets that stated you had a successful 3rd qtr and you began working on financials...If at that time you continue to ignore my emails and not follow up on any 3rd qtr. results by then, I will assume you intended to defraud your shareholders and will contact the SEC. I will also warn my friends on IHUB beforehand and contact an attorney who specializes in these situations. . What the SEC will do is up to them...an educated guess is they will suspend trading on your ticker...As I've told in the past I hate to threaten anyone but you sir put yourself in this position by your tweets...I for one don't take BS from anyone.
