Ken is working on an actual deal here and I dont care week by wee after all this time if he can actually set up something sustainable. He stated he is working with a Merger and Acquisition specialist and on Twitter the M&A consultant came forward (and also has a twitter account - guy is legit). The stage is being set behind the scenes, and he actually stated an OTC disclosure statement is on the way via filing - so lets see whats happens.
