me intrigued...


What happened to that investment

of over 1.1 million of

marketable security value

shown at 12/31/2011?...

drop from 2010 to 2011 year

end value should have been

related to lowering ownership

from 100% to 21%...

the spin off to shareholders

which would have been paid
