That description of the company is from 2011 when Andrew Muzii was the CEO. In 2012 Matthew Hawrylak became the CEO and filed all the necessary documents to get the company current, but nothing ever happened after that and EUOT went to no bid.

Early this year EUOT started getting volume and got a bid again, and there has been on and off volume over the last few months, but nothing has changed on the OTC Markets website with EUOT since 2012.

I'm not sure what's going on with EUOT if anything, but I'm thinking about dumping my millions of shares I bought at .0001 in 2012.
