Kryron: The Darken Soul of a New Metal Alloying Process
The completely lacking of public disclosures by Bourque Industries prevents investors to have knowledge of status in regards to sales.
Using the pps of company issued stock one can view this company as having a failured product.
There has been speculation that Bourque Industries is just another penny stock scam, a fraudulent scheme onto investors.
If Kryron is a hoax, then in what manner does John Bourque and the Board of Directors avoid being held accountable as they obtain the wealth from the hundreds of millions of shares they assigned to themselves using a "pump and dump" maneuver knowning the alloys produced will not exhibit the properties so declared by Bourque Industries.
Simple: One can not produce alloys having stated properties using the patents of Bourque Industries because they are not fully enabled as a necessary ingredient is missing and kept secret with John Bourque only having knowledge of.
This secret ingredent is such that the cost to include it in the process prevents Kryron alloys being commercially viable.
All tests of Kryron have been done from alloys made in small batches using the secret ingredent provided by John Bourque.
Once large scale production of Kryron is initiated John Bourque will provide the secret ingredent being different from the high cost ingredents necessary to obtain the superity properties, obtaining alloys without superior properties. Here John Bourque will declare that the problem is with the large scale production process, not the Kryron process, and announce failure of Bourque Industries as John Bourque and the Board of Directors keep the "pump & dump" wealth and keep out of prison as John Bourque never discloses the real secret ingredents to commit the fraud.
But perhaps the court will order John Bourque to supply the secret ingredents for analyse that will product the superior Kryron properties and discover that what John Bourque provided for commercial production was different and useless.
