Why would anyone believe that information? Pump and dump scams require someone to pump and then a select few get to dump. Let's just say that falsifying 13D filings as a way to gain credibility is pretty common in penny stock land. Whether or not it happened with Baltia will only be known if the SEC and DOJ do complete investigations.
