No.Down the road they will buy back some of the shares issued by new management which was their only means of moving forward and settling the Meadows lawsuit.They sold most to GHS for financing.And sure GHS is selling them.So it depends what the meaning of the word dumping is!For sure it is dilution.But management is not selling their own shares.
