Someone who has actually examined the company filings and uncovered evidence of a considerable amount of dilution, which has a tendency to perpetrate a decline in price per share.
I never did examine any filings. But, as an interested observer of the behavior of pink sheet companies, I could smell dilution practically from the get go.
The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
