FYI Alpine Securities is the top (if not only) clearing firm for micro penny note holders. They’re the guys that would authorize BMIC and other dilutor MMs to drop massive selling blocks of dilution in OTC stocks like VCPS.

I don’t think it’s any coincidence that VCPS stopped diluting after these restrictions were put in effect back in April. Makes me really wonder what VCPS is going to do if their note holders cannot dilute. You’d think something would happen here at some point soon.
