he didn't have to as he hasn't paid one single penny for his shares!!!
he got all these shares as a direct compensation for his pumping job! Worst case he had to pay .00001 per share as kind of base value - and that would have been just too easy to turn into some kind of profit for him.
He was definately playing a huge role in this share selling charade - and like Tony he is smiling all the way whilst taking it to the bank!
