Well I dont think they sold all 1.5 billion new shares but selling here, they are creating a heck of a wall to get over at .0042 and above. All these .0023 peeps will dump on a double. Company has nothing to lose, their game is either a reverse which would mean creating share value first or riding this spending out till they authorize 5-10 billion before someone catches them and pulls the plug. Happens to regularly..Lets hope Craig has great news coming.

Question is if you have great news wouldn't you PR it out and write your checks in shares at a higher value, thereby saving over all authorized authorized shares? The current tact makes no sense for a company that is really staged for a move up.
