I'm going to bullet point this to make my theory quick and precise...

1. This is a Penny stock because it hasn't performed the way in which was anticipated.
2. The Company has (like all other Penny stocks) sold shares to the institutions which then sell (dump) into us.
3. I have ZERO doubt that word of any news coming out is made fully aware to the institutional holders!
4. News came out pre market...institutional holders held for the potential spike and then walked it down without ANY possible play by a trader. Trust me, I unfortunately watched it trade the entire day.
5. So Company got its money, and now institutional players got theirs from retail.
6. Next stop in my opinion....another offering, RS, or increase in share structure... Sadly, this is how I've watched the game go round and round for the past 10 years with almost every Pennystock I've watched or traded.
7.Im sure there will be a small upward tics here and there, but overall I feel this is going down! Look at the 5 year chart, it looks like a ski slope with a couple ramps for VERY brief spikes of the PPS. This past spike did not even register on the charts because they took it down SO fast!

Can you imagine the peeps that bought in on the news at 1.90's, 1.80's, 70's, 60's, 50's, 40's, 30's, 20's, and teens to only see it now at 1.01 after market yesterday?
