But how can Phil be surprised ?...he has known JP for years. I don't buy it that Phil "all of a sudden" knows JP's true personality/nature. Just seems like Phil is too smart not to come away with some $$$ here.

I dream that one day, JP realizes that Phil might be his only hope if he ever sells out. Phil and John K. buying him out would at least give him the volume to dump his millions of leftover shares into (at a much higher PPS)

How old is JP's oldest kid and when would he/she start college ??
