Simple argument when you use common sense.

We see Aspire sale at $.25 as a good thing. If IPIX were to be “going at it alone” they would have sold the 8 million shares at prevailing rate. They did not, they raised $2 million to get through the fiscal year end because they know Aspire will no longer be utilized. The discounted price to Aspire for the last sale was a thank you for their support over the years.

You guys try and distort everything...
