Has a complete set of raw materials, finished product testing equipment, strict quality control processes; company's products currently have the German TUV Rheinland certification, the United States ETL certification, the United Kingdom MCS certification, CE certification.

300MW a year would be a juicy opportunity even at a fraction of a cent per cell.
