I have messaged the verified Twitter account. It was a polite message as I believe in the benefit of doubt. However, if I do not have a response by Monday or there is not any updates by Monday next steps will be taken.

I will move on and take my few thousand dollar loss. However, I will and hope others will join me in pursuing this to the hilt.

I understand and accept the inherent risk of the OTC. However, blatant fraud is not tolerable. My hope is he realized tweeting that information could have been considered a violation. If that is the case a kind response to my message or a small update on twitter is a reasonable request.
