To my point...

Why such the hurry to convert? They are not making much with 82.5 of VWAP because shares toward latter part of day are below the conversion price. Seems they would make MUCH more money on a rising price as the VWAP would generally be lower than eod prices...

And why kill shareprice and interest with having warrants for an additional 24 million??

My hunch is in order to get significant investor support the market value had to come way down from 100+ mil. Guessing the big volume (10+ mil dollar volume in a little more than a week) consists now of huge long positions at market value guessing 2 million..

With supporters in, the stock can rise to 20-40 million market cap while additional monies are raised via preferred warrants..

Any experienced OTC investor know lower pps means lower investment dollars. RS almost eliminates dollar volume interest, so it is illogical.

Very plausible that dilutive pressure is relieved, we get news of 2 plane demo and maybe they have key interested parties either as partnership, investor or such.. maybe just a lot of folks wanted a piece of the pie before next important phase is underway.
