That dividend is a bit confusing....I’m all for liquidity, but that’s not the answer....one person sold some and tanked the price....

I remember reading that Maxim Group (MAXM) was going to to try to raise capital here thru a secondary offering of shares, but that was to happen sometime later this year...they paid Maxim a kings ransom already to start the process...

I see that ARGQ was able to convert their preferred shares into commons....almost have 6 million commons now....I wonder if Enzo has a better idea of what their plan is here....the difference between this stock trading at .11 and 1.11 has a huge impact on ARGQ bottom line down the road.....
