I'm thinking it's with the merger he is working on,I'm sure once the details are released it will all make sense. but due to SEC rules and laws on insider trading etc... Alex can't say a word. Also I wonder how many shares that are held in reserve "to be released for future use" (it's in the reports as held in reserve). so there are numerous ways to raise money. the shares are accounted for and in outstanding, but have not been released for consumption. Yeah, everyone if you do see a flood of shares, they are already there, and used for those exact purposes. I know next month there has to be some news, at least late july early august the quarterly / half year report will be released.
