Yup. My computer shows that they bought about 20,000 shares at the close. Probably read the article that tag posted earlier and jumped in.

Unfortunately, If APDN doesn't announce a big revenue purchase by next week, I think they have to get another Private Placement to pay their bills and keep them afloat.

If THAT happens, the shares could easily drop another 25% from here...which would put them at about $1.10.

Even more importantly, all 2.7 million (gazillion?) warrants that were issued to Sabby back in December, 2017 would be subject to the "adjustment provision" that is stipulated in the original agreement.

Don't ask me what the formula is for the adjustment provision because I don't know...yet. But it's gotta be a lucrative one for Sabby or they wouldn't be financing us while selling their shares for a loss.
