I dont see her name on anything that says that bro Except here at ILST. No R/S Merger. My guess is the company to merge in here will be bringing it's own CEO and Management team. JMO. By the looks of it, for at least now, Merger company has agreed No R/S. Previous fins are clean. What company merging in is currently in business pretty sure so if merger goes through could see lots of press .$. 1.79b unrestricted 1.9 o/s 3bil a/s Plenty of room doughboy. I wouldn't worry about an R/S this year. Most likely no dilution for quite a while. Company merging in will have restricted shares AJMO GL
