Here's the thing with all of these chats- and let me preface this by saying that I mean zero offense by this, but I imagine many, if not most of these agents are not U.S.- based. As such, their mastery of the English language is probably lacking to some degree. With that said, I find it difficult to put much weight into what they say- especially when you couple it with the fact that they are probably not privy to the type of info we are seeking.
