At least some good news i guess. Ive held this a long time, longer than most and am extremely sceptical as you can tell. Inmed does managed some health care facilities. I called the billing dept at one of them and the person confirmed Inmed as a managing firm. Whether this tron deal goes through remains to be seen, but some real proof besides the internet is cool.
