Here's an interesting thought. The private placement concluded on 9/30 and restrictions were set at 6 months. Maybe an accredited investor or two decided to pump and dump as they grew tired of holding this at sub .25.

Those shares can now be dumped by non affiliates if I'm following the 8k correctly.
