Well, hopefully this 'Concurrent Partner Review' won't take another several weeks/months. We only have Eakle's word on any of this.

We really have no clue what's going on.

The longer they wait to finish the Fins, the worse its going to get. On OTCMarkets they are flagged for the following: CE status, Delinquent SEC Reporting status, and Stock Promotion.

This is not good and I wonder if Eakle even cares or understands how bad this looks.
