I learned a HUGE lesson a good 10 yrs ago on a rev. merg. A) Company can get Rev merg done 20-30 days VERY fast,, B) They didn’t have to raise capital.. So, basically this is the comp way of getting funding.. You have to be quick..Also, idk about u guys but I was in so deep that they didn’t give me the option to add shares the other day.. I could only sell (which I knew was coming) So I dumped in the $11’s.. This is common..
