To pull or alter this film at this point would unfairly penalize the filmmaker Shana Feste’s accomplishment, the many actors, crew members and other creative talent that worked hard on the project.

Translation: We just sank a gebundle of money on this thing and we have to try to get some of it back.

It also probably signals the end of Fonda’s acting career as no movie studio will want to take a chance on him if the boycott is successful.

I can only remember two movies of any note with him in them:
Easy Rider &
Ulee's Gold.
Did he do anything else?
