Trophy Resources Inc. is an independent natural resource company. The Company’s oil interests are in the Fort Worth Basin in central Texas; Williston Basin, Montana, and the Wind River Basin in Wyoming. The Company’s projects include the Texas Barnett Shale gas play, Williston Basin, oil and gas fields of the Texas panhandle and the Oklahoma prairie, and others in Canada.

In September 2007, the Company announced that it is continuing with the R&W well rework/re-entry project in Runnells County, Texas. When completed, the original producing well will be reopened, and an additional two wells are planned for reentry and rework. Trophy owns a 37% working interest in these wells and has access to other properties with existing well bores, along with water supply and disposal wells, in multiple rework and re-entry projects throughout the Runnells County region of Texas.
