But, ever hear of buy on rumor, sell on news?

Until we hear definitely, it could be either dumping OR a major shareholder selling for hundreds of reasons, many of which are not negative at all.

The problem is that you've been quite one sided without any evidence either way.

Your facts are just that: Facts, a summary of shares sold. That’s it. There is no basis in any reality for any opinion you share of what it means. It is all unsubstantiated rumor at this point.

The real fact is that you could be dead right or dead wrong. If you continue to believe as you do, then sell and save those with a different opinion from the headache of unsubstantiated rumor, which indeed you are presenting.

If you actually believe your posting, then sell and move on or ye be the dumbest of the dumb.

I am waiting for the reality, a SEC reporting or a T/A confirmation.
