Every investor has different goals. My average is also low 4's and I have yet to get a dividend. Next one is in a couple weeks. If CBL has positive earnings news it will be over $8, even at the current price the dividend is still over 12% so I am going to hold for a little longer. I see $8 by years end if news is either positive or no news.
