Closter = sleepiest little town in all of north jersey, and yes, callahans jewelers right next door and at least 4X the size of berge's little shoebox store.
i also pass that place a few times a week and it's just a horrible location. cheapskate berge should have leased space in one of the many local malls which are all high-end

Of course you can walk into the store. There's never anyone there and from what I've seen his son "runs" the store. But with Callahan's right next door to the "boutique" I can't image he's doing too well. I've been there a few times and never anyone there. I can't imagine how he will be able to financially maintain 2 locations.
