Why they are waiting? May be just push the PPS down for what ever reason. If they would have some good news why not just wait for the good news?

Sigma Labs failed to communicate anything clear or just follow some no shareholder friendly action?

Again: it is a shame what the preliminary CEO is doing since one year.
