Soleno ..SLNO probably new to most of U here ....Prader-Willi syndrome ...A friends son has Prader -Willi.

Short story ...new company formed, SLNO and financed to run the P3 trial .
Vivo Capital ( Palo Alto ...Prof Engleman ...Stanford ) now own 20.41% of the stock , followed by Oracle Investments ( Larry Feinberg ) owning 12.08%

So far they have one clinical trial site up and running .......final data due Q1 2019.

What interests my friend is that data to date indicates a reduction in aggressive behavior . Aggressive behavior places the families and care givers under enormous stress.
