Yes, people tend to get impatient or take a lotto position too seriously. 0.0001 stocks like VCPS are never a guarantee and the vast majority of them are diluted scams - hence why the pps is down to .0001. Although many of them do run eventually from my experience.

I'm hoping VCPS has a good reason for the delay, and that they'll break the silence soon enough. GLTA.
