10q is due by 24th ..which is Sunday..if he files it today we may not see it till Monday,,or Tuesday..tho it may come today..I wouldn't count on it..either way It's going to be UGLY..there is no profit but rough estimate of 2 billion shares outstanding..
As far as the 8k goes..won't matter..he doesn't have enough shares left to work a GOOD deal..
Toms in this for TOM..Not shareholders..Any real momentum will get dumped on
