This POS was ETRM before. Gladney the CEO of RSLS washed his hands off of millions of dollars and now he is doing the same crap under RSLS ticker. Take a look at both PRs they released just recently 'both' followed by offerings the next day. Just pure evil.
There is only two explanation why they would do that. They either want to drive the price down lower or keep it from going up.
This ticker when it was ETRM, bulls had fought months to keep it above $5-6 dollar level. I remember it even spiking a bunch of times from $5-$6 levels to $7-$9 for weeks.
I personally think Gladney is intentionally keeping the price of stock low. We shall see soon.
