1. Are we currently being pursued or in negotiations with another company for acquisition? If not what plan to better optimize shareholder value? YES, Many Large potential Avenues
2. What is the projected revenue from Crescent over the next year given if the 100 pilot demo is a success?There is positive revenue expected for Crescent. The pas tech won’t produce revenue because there is a process still needed to get the manufacturing done and bring to market. It Would be 12 to 24months to generate any revenue.
3. What can you tell us about the relationship between Crescent help com DP Telcom and a 5G projects that were projected earlier in the year? There is not currently any relationship however we are positioning for maximum market saturation at the right time.
4. What is the cost to manufacture one unit cost to sell to consumer and their margin ratio’s?
Due to the way the manufacturing process occurs, We do not have the cost for a single unit until we complete the manufacturing process.
5. Are we pursuing any government contracts in the near future?
No. Due to the way power generation in electricity is sold, we will be selling to the power producers. This way the power producers Can utilize our special skills in technologies to do the installation on particular generation stations as well as factories in buildings using a lot of electricity so consumers, producers, and shareholders gain the most; where the utility company could benefit most from the installations. This unique relationship creates the win win win for shareholders, Consumers, and the Utility.
6. What is the float of the stock? It has years since last updated.

7. Are we completely dependent on TCA litigation to move forward with our market capitalization?
We are not completely dependent on TCA litigation but it has taken resources from us and caused us a lot of delays. One way or another we will move forward soon. — ?feeling excited.
