I have been following the SCOTUS case for another stock that has many filings and processes this year while the case has been in the Supreme court.

the wording of the judgement basically tells the SEC to start again and appoint properly completely fresh justices. Existing cases are not legal and the way they tried to appoint the justices all over again was also not allowed. A number of ALJ's effectively unemployed IMHO and any case heard in front of them will have to be retried in front of new ALJ's or real judges

the other company had a SEC filing the same day which actually told the SEC lawyers they had tried to game the system and the company had another chance for rebuttal. but will be thrown out now anyway.

Justice dept sides with SCOTUS not he SEC no one wants to upset Jeff Sesssions
