unfortunately didn't have the benefit of your insight on 8-K and also could see 1.80s get tested again.

so sold almost all my shares today $2.46 down to $2.20... then rest at $2.16


Will see. but don't think the market and specifically retail investors will treat it as favorably as you have. IMO they will punish BW and this will be trading under $2.00. JMO
